Eligibility for Refunds

Barksilence customers may request a refund within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email us at support@barksilence.co with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
